Large Autonomy

The Roborock S6 Pure is an all-around vacuum cleaner robot, capable of cleaning a house of up to 300 square meters at once. This translates into a maximum cleaning time of up to three hours, depending on the mode you choose. With the Silent mode, you can be more relaxed in the same room as the robot, while the more powerful mode is ideal for those times when you need a more thorough cleaning. By the way, one of the great virtues of this robot family (the Roborock S6 and Roborock S6 MaxV) is its ability to clean carpets. The robot automatically detects when it encounters one of these surfaces and increases the power to pass it over without problems.
The maximum suction power is 2,000 Pa. In the unlikely event that the robot runs out of battery power before it finishes its task, it is capable of returning to the base of charge and staying long enough to continue with the space it has left to clean.
As for the capacity of its dirt deposit, it is 460 milliliters. In principle, it is designed to be emptied every time the house is cleaned, although from experience it can withstand two or three cleanings in case you forget to throw the dust away.
Intelligent Cleaning of the House

The Roborock S6 Pure uses a proprietary laser mapping system. Even from the first cleaning, it is able to create a fairly faithful map of the apartment and to carry out efficient movements without repeating the same corners. Once the map is drawn, you can configure the different rooms through the app and decide if you want to clean only certain rooms. There is also the option to select with your finger a certain area on the map and indicate the robot to clean it. Another advantage that is very useful is that of marking points of the house where you can point out where you do not want the robot to go.
The use of the app is very intuitive and allows users to control at all times the position of the Roborock S6 Pure. In fact, if you have a network connection you can start cleaning from anywhere in the world with just one button. Roborock also highlights the connection of the app with both Google Assistant and Alexa. Thanks to this, voice commands can be given to the robot to start its usual cleaning program, among other options. As expected, another option is to program the robot to carry out its tasks on certain days and times.
Maintenance and Scrubbing System

Another point that stands out in this robot vacuum cleaner is the ease with which it is performed maintenance. From the app, you have a section in which you can see the status of the different accessories with the suggested times stating when they need to buy a replacement. It also indicates when you have to carry out the cleaning of elements such as sensors so that the mapping remains accurate.
Apart from vacuuming, the Roborock S6 Pure can also become a replacement for the traditional mop. It features a 180-milliliter scrubbing tank and a mop that hooks to the bottom and needs to be cleaned after each session. This capacity is one of the main differences with respect to the Roborock S6, which was left with just 140 ml of its deposit. According to the company, we can reach a surface of up to 150 meters with one charge. As with the vacuuming work, we can manage the flow of water we want to use in each cleaning. Although the robot is capable of detecting carpets and stopping scrubbing, it is recommended that we remove them before each cleaning. To prevent dripping or any possible loss of water from spoiling delicate surfaces such as parquet, a plastic base is incorporated which is attached to the load base and which protects the floor.
Actually, it is a feature that is an interesting addition to the vacuum function, but it must be understood that it is intended to wet the floor and not to replace the mop in case it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.
