The Nova series was born in Huawei to revitalize its models for the mid-range and entry-level, with striking devices in aesthetics and solvent in performance. The company continues to renew the series to incorporate the latest developments in mobile technology while keeping the price more or less affordable. The company’s latest launch is the Huawei Nova 9 SE.

Recognizable Design, but Interesting Features to be Low-end
The aesthetic section has hardly been touched with respect to the Nova 9, as it looks the same. It does slightly change the distribution of the sensors in the rear camera module, as it does not have the triple camera in the lower circle of the module. Speaking of the camera, its main sensor has 108 megapixels, along with an 8-megapixel super-wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. So, it won’t be because of cameras.
On the front, there is a 6.78-inch display with an IPS LCD panel and FullHD+ resolution. The screen has a 20:9 ratio and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. In terms of technology and resolution used, it is within the norm in this range of mobiles, except for its FullView concept that offers a 95% screen ratio. A device that also allows you to play without any problem because it has a touch response of 240 Hz and a 16-megapixel front camera, perfect for gaming and live broadcasts at the same time.
In terms of power, this Nova 9 SE has a Snapdragon 680 accompanied by 8 GB of RAM. For storage, there are two versions available of 128 and 256 GB, although there is no expansion with a microSD card. Although Huawei is betting on Android 10 to accompany its EMUI 12 layer, it will not feature Google services, nor will it have 5G connectivity. And to charge the mobile, the Nova 9 SE will have 4,000 mAh capacity and 66 W charging via Huawei SuperCharge technology. Huawei promises with this battery up to 15 hours of intensive gaming and 13 hours of playing videos.
Pricing and Availability of the Huawei Nova 9 SE
As usually happens with Huawei, every mobile that is launched has its putting on sale in China first, before reaching the rest of the markets. As this Nova 9 SE is no exception, it will have its premiere in both China and Malaysia with three colors, which are blue, white, and gray. It has two versions, one with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, while the other version is 8 GB and 256 GB of storage.
Its arrival in the global market is scheduled for March 28 at official points of sale, although this device has had a pre-sale available since March 18, with a discount promotion of €50 valid until the 27th of the same month. The 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage version is priced at €349.
