Motorola launched the Moto E7 Plus to succeed the Moto E6 Plus. Screen and Design
Screen size is the first notable change between Motorola smartphones. The Moto E6 Plus has a 6.1-inch display, while the Moto E7 Plus comes with 6.5 inches. Another point is the screen resolution, which had a small change from 1560 x 720 pixels to 1600 x 720 pixels. The proportion has also changed. The format went from 19:9 to 20:9 in the successor.
In terms of design, the border structure and the notch for the front camera are similar in both devices. The fingerprint reader was also kept on the back of the phone. The difference between the two is visible on the back, as they previously had two cameras accommodated vertically in the corner, and now they are arranged in a square centered at the top.

Cameras
The rear camera remains dual, distributed between the main sensor and the depth sensor. However, the resolution jumped from 13 to 48 MP, with f/2.0 and f/1.7 aperture, respectively. The battery capacity of the Moto E6 Plus is 3,000 mAh, well reduced compared to the Moto E5 Plus, which had 5,000 mAh. The Moto E7 Plus brings back the capacity of 5,000 mAh seen in the fifth generation.
The E7 Plus promises two days away from the outlets, scaling the power between 15 hours of internet surfing, 21 hours of watching videos, or 107 hours of audio playback. The phone also comes with a 10 W fast charger in the box.
Android Version

The Moto E6 Plus has features such as facial recognition and fingerprint. The Moto E7 Plus brings a specific button to activate the Google Assistant, which is located on the side, next to the volume and screen lock buttons. The latest model also features Hello You, a tool that shows items in a personalized way, such as news and tips.
Both devices bring a micro USB input to the charger, different from other models that already use USB-C. Besides, neither of them offers NFC or 5G internet support. However, cell phones differ in the Bluetooth version, the older one has the 4.2 version and the successor has the 5.0.
