Samsung brings the new Galaxy S20 FE, with 4G and 5G versions. This is the new mobile ‘created for fans’, as presented by the company. This is a variant of its flagship but with a much more adjusted price and some changes to the camera and internal specifications.
These are the features of the new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, a mobile that will be sold in the international market and incorporates Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 865 processor, Super AMOLED display, and 5G connectivity at a considerably more competitive price.

Super AMOLED 6.5″ 120 Hz display
The new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G features a 6.5-inch panel with Super AMOLED technology and a 120 Hz refresh rate. There is an Infinity-O screen with a central hole in the screen to hide the front camera, and unlike other company models, the panel is flat.
Inside the device, there are two variants. One of them, the one with LTE connectivity will come with Samsung’s own Exynos 990 processor, manufactured in 7 nanometers. For the 5G version, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 will be used.
The processor comes with RAM that starts at 6 GB LPDDR5 and goes up to 8 GB. As for storage, Samsung will offer versions in 128 and 256 GB, which will be expandable by microSD card up to 1 TB. The battery of the Galaxy S20 FE goes up to 4,500 mAh and incorporates fast charge and wireless charging.
For the photographic section, there is a triple camera set-up with a 12-megapixel main sensor, Dual Pixel technology, and an f/1.8 aperture lens with optical image stabilization. It is accompanied by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a third 8-megapixel telephoto sensor for 3x optical zoom, which also has OIS stabilization and allows digital zoom up to 30x.
This Galaxy S20 FE has other additions that also appear in the flagship such as water and dust resistance IP68, WiFi 6, or stereo speakers signed by AKG and compatible with Dolby Atmos sound.
On the software level, the Galaxy S20 FE features Android 10, and Samsung One UI 2.0, and is compatible with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, for which we will need an active subscription.
Price and Availability
The new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will be available from October 2nd in different colors, but it can already be reserved. The new member of the Galaxy family comes with a price of $599, in blue, white, red, green, orange, and violet.
