Xiaomi did not have enough with the Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11 Pro. The company has launched three other devices: the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, Xiaomi Redmi 10 5G, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S 5G, new entry and mid-range exponents for the 5G segment.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is currently Xiaomi’s most ambitious mid-range for 2022. A bet on fast charging, a 108-megapixel camera, and sound signed by JBL. We review in depth its specifications and technical features.

A bet on multimedia rather than power
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is a bet on AMOLED technology, with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 360 Hz touch sampling, and a typical brightness of 700 nits. The audio is another plus point, signed by JBL and with dual stereo speakers. In addition, it maintains the now almost extinct headphone jack.
The processor is the MediaTek Dimensity 920, a solvent 5G SoC, although somewhat fair for the price range in which this Redmi moves. It is accompanied by configurations of up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, UFS 2.2 type in the case of the latter.
The set is accompanied by a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging, making it the fastest charging mid-range mobile on the market. Same figures as the Xiaomi 12, promising to charge fully in 15 minutes.
At the photographic level, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G has a 108-megapixel main sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The Redmi Note 10 Pro was a good performer in the camera department last year so, on paper, we should have good results over here.
On the software side, the news is not so good. This Redmi arrives with Android 11 and MIUI 12.5, the previous versions of both Android and the MIUI customization layer. It will upgrade to Android 12 and MIUI 13.
