Along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 and Z Fold3, Samsung has also presented a new edition of its true wireless speakers. This time it is the Samsung Galaxy Buds2, which are placed below the Galaxy Buds Pro, although they incorporate some interesting new features to the family. All this without forgetting the noise cancellation by environments and a very compact design.
Inside these headphones, there are now two speakers focused on different ranges. A tweet for the mids and treble, and a woofer to give punch to the bass. But this is not the only technology. They also have three microphones (two external and one internal) to ensure that noise cancellation remains quality. In fact, Samsung claims to be able to reduce ambient noise by 98%. And it maintains this active noise cancellation by levels, being able to choose more or less virtual silence depending on the scenario where we are.

Qualities that also apply quality and purity of sound to calls made with these headphones. All this is macerated with machine learning or intelligence that is responsible for improving the quality of the call by interpreting the noises that are around and try to eliminate them. Noises picked up by those microphones we were talking about before.
There is also progress in connectivity technology to expand the auto switch or change of connection between devices. Now they not only connect to the mobile or tablet depending on where we are playing music, content, or a call, but they are also compatible to intercalate with Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Series watches that have just been presented. From here, in addition, some aspects of the Galaxy Buds2 can be controlled without having to access the mobile.
As for its battery, there are no notable surprises. They come with 5 hours of autonomy and add up to 20 hours with extra charges that allow the container box. The box, by the way, now has a multitude of partners who have created colorful and eye-catching cases, like the Simpsons, to customize the design. In case its lavender, white, olive or black colors are not enough.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 will hit the market on August 27th. And they will be priced at $149 / €149 in lavender, white, olive, or black colors. What we do not know yet is when, how much and where we can buy the Homer Simpson case, which we particularly loved.
