Realme announced that on March 4 we would know its new high-end mobile and so it has been: the Realme GT is official.
We say “high-end” because of the processor since it integrates Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888, the most powerful processor to date. But the starting price fits in the average, although for now we only know the price in China.

Yellow makes the difference but it’s not about the color
The Realme GT is reminiscent of previous models, such as the Realme 7 Pro, although there is a yellow model whose module extends to the bottom edge as a black strip. At the front, the camera is visible through a hole, while the fingerprint reader is integrated into the screen.
This already tells us that the panel technology is super AMOLED, this is a 6.43-inch screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate. It has a touch sampling rate of up to 360Hz, a fairly high value, and in theory good for gaming, and according to the brand, the screen occupies 91.7% of the front.
Speed and Power for this Realme GT
As we have mentioned, the heart of this new Realme GT is made up of the Snapdragon 888, also featuring 5G connectivity. It is also noteworthy that the RAM is LPDRR5 and the storage UFS 3.1, seeing the following versions in terms of these two parameters:
- 6GB + 128GB
- 8GB + 128GB
- 12GB + 256GB
The Realme GT supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and has dual GPS and NFC, and also integrates a 3.5-millimeter jack. The phone also comes with Realme UI 2.0 on Android.
As for the battery, Realme has long been on par with other manufacturers by offering very fast charging on some of its handsets. In this case, we see that the 4,500mAh battery comes with fast charging up to 65W.
Speaking of cameras, the main camera integrates a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 sensor, accompanied by a 119-degree wide-angle and 8-megapixel sensor and a macro lens. It has RAW support and of course artificial intelligence assistance.
Prices and Availability of the Realme GT
For now, the new Realme GT has been launched in China, as we said, and we know the prices for this market. Some models start with a lower starting price due to the launch offer, as follows.
- 6GB + 128GB: 2,798 yuan (about $432 at exchange rates)
- 8GB + 128GB: 2,899 yuan (about $448 at the exchange rate)
- 12GB + 256GB: 3,399 yuan (about $525 at the exchange rate)
