Along with the new Nubia Red Magic 6 (its two latest beasts for mobile gaming), Nubia presented a new smartwatch, the Nubia Red Magic Watch. This is the first smartwatch in the Red Magic range, but not the first watch from the company, which already has to its credit such peculiar devices as the Nubia Watch or the Nubia Alpha, which stand out for their flexible screens.
The Nubia Red Magic Watch has been launched in China and, for now, there is no news regarding its launch in other markets, but we will be pending to update the price in euros in case it does. In China, meanwhile, it is priced between 599 and 699 yuan, which is between $91 and $107 at the exchange rate.

A basic watch, but with GPS
The Nubia Red Magic Watch is neither flexible nor anything like that. Its aesthetics is more like a conventional watch, with a round dial and a strap that can be purchased in silicone or leather in different colors. It weighs 30 grams, which is not bad for a smartwatch and has water resistance up to five atmospheres (50 meters).
At the top, we find a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a fairly high resolution, 454 x 454 pixels. Needless to say, it is touch-sensitive. We can also see two side buttons that will probably be used to open the application drawer and launch apps quickly.
The watch will incorporate a heart rate sensor GH3011 and it seems that it can measure the level of oxygen in the blood while we sleep, although the product specifications do not mention that it has a SpO2 sensor. What is explained is that it mounts a Sony CXD5605 GPS chip compatible with GPS, qzss, and Beidou.
As for sports options, the device offers 16 modes, including a special mode for soccer players that creates a heat map on a soccer field to detect the areas where we have spent more time. Finally, in terms of battery, Nubia has not revealed the amperage of the battery but ensures that it can hold up to 15 days.
